In the beginning...

Founded in 1902, Air Liquide operates in more than 60 countries through 125 subsidiaries and employs more than 30,000 people. We currently combine the resources and expertise of a global group with a powerful local presence, based on independent customer-focused teams.

We supply oxygen, nitrogen, hydrogen and many other gases and services to most industries (steel and oil refining, chemistry and glass, electronics and paper, metallurgy and food-processing, healthcare and aerospace). Our innovative solutions improve our customers’ industrial performance, while helping to protect the environment.
